‘Twas a night of yummy Iloko fare, fun games, and awesome travel prizes as Biyaheroes, a Philippine-based online reservation platform, held its official launch on March 2, 2016 at the 2nd floor of Partas Terminal, Cubao.
The first of its league, Biyaheroes addresses main commuter concerns including long transport queues, uncertain bus schedules, and the hassle of having to personally visit bus terminals to reserve seats.
Through the Biyaheroes website, commuters can book, reserve bus seats, and pay for tickets for any of Biyaheroes’ partner buses. For a flat rate of P50 for reservations totalling P500 and below (10% for P501 and up), passengers are ensured hassle-free bookings, easier departures, and freebies (each reservation comes with free bottled water plus your travel freebie of choice – including fans, tumblers, and umbrellas). Passengers can book 6 months ahead of their chosen departure date. Six months. Yep, I’ll let that sink in.
Passengers can rebook their tickets, too. Partas Transport charges a 10% rebooking fee for those done two days before the departure date. Earlier rebooking is recommended to avoid fees.
Biyaheroes is currently partnered with the following bus companies and routes, all available daily:
- Partas Transport – Pagudpud, Laoag, Vigan, Abra, Cubao, Pasay, and Sampaloc trips
- JAC Liner – Mauban, Marinduque, Kamias, and Buendia LRT trips
- Coda Lines – Sagada
Passengers may also choose any drop-off point along the route, including La Union, Pangasinan, and many others. More bus lines and routes will be available online soon.
Convenient Booking Process
To book, go to www.biyaheroes.com. The platform is designed to replicate the experience of booking flights. Choose your bus terminal and destination from the drop-down list, select seats (no extra charges), pick your freebies, earn points, and pay for your tickets in any major bank or payment center.
Certainly way more fun than the usual bus reservation, ain’t it?
This only receipt I got is from GCash payment. No SMS notif from them to confirm my booking for me to change anything if there’s incorrect details. It seems there is something wrong with their website when booking. I was not able to receive a refund since they are gaslighting me my booking was wrong in terms of the destination. Can’t trust them again. Anyway, responsive customer support is available via email. https://biyaheroes.com/
