While tourism might not yet be back to normal, plenty of brands in the hospitality industry have learned how to navigate the “new normal” quite well. One is Tagaytay’s newest hotel: Hotel Casiana.

Since its opened, Hotel Casiana has been dedicated to adhering to the health protocols set by the Interagency Task Force (IATF) and the Department of Tourism (DOT) to ensure the ultimate #SAFEcation for guests.

Make Tagaytay your next destination and check out how Hotel Casiana has been implementing safety measures for both its staff and guests.
Standard health protocols set by the IATF and DOT are observed within hotel grounds. These include wearing face masks and face shields, physical distancing, following age restrictions, checking of body temperature, and placement of alcohol dispensers at common areas, such as entrances to the lobby and elevators.

Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are required to fill out a health declaration form for contact tracing. Guests are given a complimentary care kit containing alcohol, face masks, and disinfecting wipes upon arrival too. Online reservation is encouraged. A plexiglass barrier is set up at the front desk for guests who need to make an inquiry or coordinate requests with the staff.

Physical social distancing is observed in all spaces and areas in the hotel, including lobby, elevators, café, and restaurant. Sticker markings are placed on the floor, seats, and tables to guide hotel guests.

Hotel staff are also equipped with personal protective equipment at all times while on duty.

All rooms are furninshed with commercial-type air purifying machines to keep germs, bacteria, and viruses at bay. All nooks and crannies – from bathrooms to beddings; curtains to closets – are properly sanitized. High-touch surfaces like doorknobs, and elevator buttons are doubly sanitized for extra measure. There’s a dedicated trash bin for face masks.

Upon guest check out, rooms are immediately sanitized by staff in full PPE, using a deep cleaning steam machine.

For those who are looking for a relaxing me time, spa treatments are made available in the comfort and safety of your own room. Massage therapists wear proper PPE and face masks, with sanitized towels, linens, and spa products neatly encased in a luggage. Prior to a massage, guests must again complete a health declaration form and a body temperature check.

Tagaytay’s balmy weather won’t be a problem for guests who wish to take a dip,as Hotel Casiana features a heated pool on site. Apart from social distancing in the pool area, guests are required to reserve pool time beforehand at the front desk in order to minimize contact with other guests. Body temperature will be taken before guests are permitted to use the pool and clean, sanitized towels are provided for each guest.
Enjoy a safe and worry-free staycation that you and your family deserve at Hotel Casiana. The hotel is located along the Tagaytay–Nasugbu main highway, near the Mahogany Market and Taal Lake. For inquiries and reservations, call 0916-5016060 (Globe), 0968-4121333 (Smart), or 046-4237473.
